If the artisan doesn't complete the job or you're unhappy with the result, don't confirm the job. Instead, raise a dispute from your jobs page. Our team reviews all disputes within 24 hours and either issues a refund or releases payment based on the evidence.
Funds stay in escrow until the dispute is resolved — you are never at risk of losing money to a non-performing artisan.
